My name is Salvatore Carota, the owner/operator of Big Q Auto Service and Repair.

I bring 27 years of experience in car service and repair to our unique and well-regarded shop. I started by apprenticing at a local car repair shop after school. I later earned major industry certificates, worked as a master technician, and managed the service department at large dealerships. I also taught automotive repair at trade schools.

Our goal at Big Q is to continue earning the respect and high reputation in our community. We bring the highest quality service and integrity to our work. We promote an "attitude of gratitude" towards our clients, knowing that satisfied customers who rely on our service, is what makes us grow.
